These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JobsList.dev (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use JobsList.dev

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You may sign in with email and password or with a third-party provider (such as Google).
• You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from your account settings.

3. For companies and employers

• You may post job listings only for genuine, lawful openings you are authorized to advertise.
• Listings must be accurate and must not be discriminatory, misleading, or deceptive.
• Listings are reviewed and may require approval before becoming public; we may remove any listing that violates these Terms.
• You may be asked to complete identity or business verification (KYC). You agree to provide accurate verification information.
• You are solely responsible for your hiring decisions and your communications with applicants.

4. For professionals and applicants

• You may apply to roles and share information (such as a profile or résumé) that is truthful and your own.
• Creating a profile, browsing, applying, and job alerts are free for job seekers.
• You are responsible for evaluating opportunities and for your interactions with companies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service except as permitted.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

6. Payments and billing

• Employers may pay through subscriptions or one-off, non-expiring listing packs. Pricing is shown before purchase.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card details.
• Subscriptions renew until canceled; you can manage or cancel billing from your account.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Listing-pack credits do not expire.
• Promotional credits or codes may be offered at our discretion and may carry their own conditions.

7. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant JobsList.dev a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing a job listing publicly). The Service itself, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to JobsList.dev and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Third-party services and links

The Service integrates third-party providers (such as hosting, payments, email, and authentication) and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, which are governed by their own terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions (such as payment obligations and limitations of liability) survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, that you will be hired, or that you will fill a role. We do not employ, endorse, or vouch for any company or applicant, and we are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the Service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobsList.dev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JobsList.dev harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JobsList.dev operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
